I, Anya Ambachtsheer (Amato) am the founder and CEO of FeminElite.

My husband, Hans, and I are independent researchers, health, nutrition and fitness coaches as well as online personal consultants.

It is through well researched scientific evidence, and our knowledge and experience, which is based on the practice and expertise of highly experienced and qualified individuals, that we write articles, create training programs and diet guideline manuals to help both men and women worldwide to optimize their fitness, body, health and longevity.

When it comes to our body, as a woman, we really want to make sure that we take care of it to the best of our ability.
Yes, our beauty shouldn't only be that of the outward, but that doesn't mean that our health and the condition of our body doesn't matter. It matters a great deal and says a lot about us.

Just as we aught to take good care of our spirit and soul (mind, will and emotions), we should also take good care of the physical body that we are entrusted with.

IN THE MAKING...

I'm not a believer of a 'one-size-fits-all' type of program.

Different women want different types of figures/bodies, shapes/physiques, and I believe that depending on your body composition, and your level of willingness to do what it will take to reach your goal, you can achieve your dream body with the right know how.

And because I can, unfortunately, not b there in person be to train and help you step by step, I am taking the time to create a training program/manual and diet eBook which will act as a "replacement" in my part to empower you with the right information to be able to reach your body and health goals successfully!

 

Body Goal Specific

Not all women are built the same, and by that I mean, not all women have the exact same body composition. Every woman's anatomy is different... their limb ratios, as well as the length of their muscles (their origin and insertion lengths differ). And let's be honest, not all women have the same desired body in mind.
 

This is why I have studied all the different body types and were able to put them into 6 distinctive categories using a few well-known (famous) women who are most commonly admired by women worldwide. I use these women only as examples for ladies to better understand the concept of the different body types that there are, as each of these programs are created with a different goal in mind.
